Civil law – is one of foremost spheres of national law of Ukraine that regulates certain group of legal relations with the participation of physical and legal entities and State in general.

• declaring the agreements invalid (agreement of sale-purchasing, grant agreement, agreement of  loan).

• penalty of money according to the agreements of loan, receipt,  and etc.;  

• reparation of damages, which caused health injury;  

• reparation of financial and moral damages (in obedience to Law of Ukraine “On protection of rights of consumers”);  

• protection of honour and dignity;
